Dr. Elizabeth Holliday Morgan, Ph.D., is the interim Director and Assistant Professor in the Doctorate of Educational Leadership program at California State University Sacramento (CSUS). With a Master's from Harvard and Doctorate from UC Davis, she champions inclusive Early Childhood and Early Intervention Services, especially for under-represented populations. Dr. Morgan has co-authored publications in prestigious journals and conducted research at the UC Davis MIND Institute, including an internship in Nairobi, Kenya, through an NIH T36 Training grant with GATHER. Her interests extend to theater and family.
