Carol Lee is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Michigan Medicine Addiction Center in the Department of Psychiatry. Her research focuses on alcohol and substance misuse intervention implementation and adaptation, particularly among adolescents and young adults from marginalized communities. She is interested in multiphase optimization strategy to build, optimize, and evaluate multicomponent interventions with community engaged research approach. As a licensed social worker, she has broad range of social work professional experiences, from micro-level work as a case manager, to community-level advocacy organizer, to macro-level work promoting national health policies and working on federally funded research projects.
