Jennifer Piscitello is a Research Assistant Professor at the Center for Children and Families at Florida International University. She obtained her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at Louisiana State University and completed her pre-doctoral residency at the Mailman Center for Child Development at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. Dr. Piscitello also completed an NIH/NIDA-funded T32 Postdoctoral Fellowship at Florida International University. Dr. Piscitello's research focuses on the development and evaluation of treatment, assessment, and progress monitoring tools for youth with externalizing behavior concerns and various comorbidities. Within a developmental psychopathology framework, her research also aims to identify risk and protective factors that can be leveraged to enhance optimal treatment sequencing, as well as those that may impact the acceptability and efficacy of treatment for diverse families.
